Walking into a cafe, I saw a beautiful girl, behind the desk, taking orders.

So being me, I walked up to the glass case, and saw all kind of desserts. From waffles, to cakes, to macaroons, and so on.

I was having a little debate of which dessert I should take, till I saw the beautiful girl walking toward me, and asked if I needed any help. And since I still haven't decided what I wanted. I eventually asked her what she would recommend. "Hm...let me see...the macaroons is kinda popular among the costumers...and waffles too...but I would recommend the rainbow cake, it's my favorite one despite them, and it's breathtaking to look at... " "just like you" I mumbled, not realizing what I said, until I saw the girl turn around, and looked at me like I was a freak. And that was, when I realized what I just said. I held my mouth to keep me shut, from saying anything again that could embarrass me more. "Oh...thank you...did you just say that I'm beautiful?" she said, slightly blushing because of the compliment, that I accidentally spilled out.

"Ehh... I will like to order a rainbow cake then" I said, quickly taking a seat near the window, and turned my head toward it, not wanting her to see my slightly pink cheeks.

Getting my cake, I ate it while watching her work.  And no, I'm not a stalker, I'm just admiring her.

So after finishing my 11th. piece of cake, I saw that she getting ready to head home, and that was when I took the chance and walked up to her, and asked her if I could follow her home, which she surprisingly agreed with.

So while walking her home, I got to know her name, age and what's her favorite taste. And from that day on, I got to know her more, and eventually got to be, her best friend. Which I didn't want to, since I wanted to be more than friends with her. So that was it. One day I took my courage and asked her out.

And that's how me, Wang Yuan, got Y/N as my girlfriend.
